What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Standard products start from 25 kg. Custom blends usually start from 100 kg; we are happy to discuss smaller trial orders.
Can I get free samples?
Yes. Lab samples of 50–200 g are free of charge for qualified business customers; express freight may be charged for some destinations.
Which documents do you provide?
Specification, COA, MSDS, allergen and GMO statements, Halal/Kosher certificates and, on request, registration dossiers for your market.
What are the lead time and shipping options?
Stock items ship within 5–7 working days. We ship by sea, air or express under EXW, FOB, CIF or DAP terms, with temperature-controlled options for chilled products.
